Do you carry plus sizes?

Yes, we do! We have a Plus Size Category for your convenience.

I haven't received my order yet. Where is it?

Orders placed online may take up to 1 to 8 business days for standard shipping. If you still have not received your package by the 9th day, contact our Support Department.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. The list of the countries we ship can be selected by clicking on the small flag on the homepage navigation. Please note that duties and taxes may apply to your order on top of the shipping charges. Please review your order on the checkout page before completing the transaction.

Why isn't all of your merchandise available online?

Not everything sold at the stores are currently available due to logistics and inventory but we will work in the future to expand to some of the other categories. Stay tuned.

Why isn't some of the merchandise unavailable at the retail stores?

There are some products that are Online Exclusive. Also, the merchandise may be currently out of stock.

Why am I not getting your emails?
